The wind was really starting to pick up. I was thankful that my canvas wasn't any larger, otherwise it could have easily joined the birds that where cruising around this small peninsula. The long narrow canvas helped out, plus it was the perfect format for capturing the panoramic view in front of me. I just wish my hat was a little less aerodynamic. Twice it took off, and as I chased it down, my concern was that the unattended canvas would follow.
