This was a perfect location to paint some late fall colors and a very dramatic sky that merged seemliness into the distant horizon. Temperatures made it into the mid 60s and I made it through several rain showers and quite a few large gusts of wind. It made painting a little difficult but the final result was worth it. I met several other fall enthusiast that didn't mind dodging rain drops to catch a glimpse of this vast scene and they also thought it was worth it.
