This is the old Heastman barn. Built in 1876, long before there was a great scenic river road. Now it's one of the features that makes highway 100 such an attractive drive. I setup along the bike path and enjoyed a very comfortable day of painting. Temperatures in the mid to upper 50s, bright skies and many bikers to talk with as they stopped to see what I was doing. I learned a few things about the area and received lots of well wishes.
