It's the first day of fall and all is green, except for a few floating leaves here and there. I was hoping to have more fall colors by now. Guess I just have to be a little more patient. The small egret didn't seem to care much about that or anything else except for the minnows swimming under the shade of the weeping willow. He was a good teacher in showing patience. He'd wait for just the right moment—BAM, a fish. Overcast day in the low 80s.
