This was a fairly easy painting to complete. I knew what I wanted to paint, so there wasn't any searching around. I had a good idea how I was going to approach the painting which made for fewer mistakes, and I love the scene which provided lots of inspiration. Like chocolate and peanut butter, it was a winning combination. To top off everything, it was a perfect early fall day with bright skies and temperatures in the mid 70s to low 80s. A very good day.
