I've never seen anything like these bluffs before. They're unique to the Door County area and as the stones breaks off the cliffs they almost look like they've been quarried. Very geometric in form. The bluffs were difficult to paint, but the real difficulty was just getting down to the stone beach. As someone told me "It takes someone with more nerve than sense." Nice day with bright skies, fairly calm waters and temps in the low 70s.
