This was a fine day for wiping down paintings. I'd start one of a building and a big truck would park and completely block my view. I'd start painting a barge and it would decide to head down river. I was about to call it quits when I came across this neat little tug. It reminded me of a lot of kids today - inactive and certainly not moving from their resting place anytime soon. It was perfect. Beautiful spring day with very bright skies and temps in the low 70s.
