I wasn't sure if it was going to dump a bucket load of rain on me or not. The skies were very threatening, but there was this distant glimmer of hope that things would clear. As the minutes passed so did the clouds, and only a few small drops of rain fell. By the time the painting was done so were the threatening clouds, and the rest of the 60 degree day was filled with big white fluffy ones.
