where i've been
Born in Arizona and raised at locations around the world. I'm a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 1985, and in 1987, an Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design. Employed by the Maritz Corporation (St. Louis) from 1988 through 1992, the Firm of Paradowski Creative (St. Louis) from 1992 to 2008.
I've been an active practitioner of plein air painting since 1999. I'm a founding member of the Missouri Plein Air Painters' Association and a member of the Gateway East Artists' Guild. I've participated in many local exhibits and art events including Art on the Square in Belleville; Artists Along The Katy Trail; Augusta, Missouri Art Show; The Gateway East Artists' Guild Winter Art Show; Componere Gallery Art Show (St. Louis, Missouri); Clarksville and Marceline, Missouri Paint-Outs; Estes Park Plein Air-Paint the Park; Lebanon, Illinois Methodist Church Fine Arts Series; Shaw Nature Reserve Plein Air Artists' Exhibit; St Louis Central West End Art Show; Highland, Illinois Art In The Park Show and the Schmidt Art Center Plein Air Show in Belleville, Illinois.
